Oven Ribs

Ingredients

  • Ribs
  • Table salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic powder
  • Grill Master Smoke seasoning
  • Beer (for steaming and sauce)
  • Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
  • Sriracha Red Rooster
  • Honey (microwaved)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of beer (for the sauce)

Instructions

1

Season the ribs with table salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Grill Master Smoke seasoning on both sides.

2

Place the seasoned ribs on aluminum foil, pour in some beer, and wrap them tightly.

3

Place the ribs in a preheated oven until tender (bones starting to get loose).

4

Prepare the sauce by mixing Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, Sriracha Red Rooster, honey, and a splash of beer; keep refrigerated until ready.

5

Remove the ribs from the foil, coat them thoroughly with the prepared sauce.

6

Return the ribs to the oven uncovered for a few more minutes to glaze the meat, adding a smidge more beer to the bottom of the foil for moisture.

7

Let the ribs are ready and cut a piece off for 'damage control'.
