Some type of cajun seasoning no i took that back that's ketchup like tomato ketchup reduced into like a powdering seed thing and put on kettle cooked chips. I think they taste like ketchup, so would i recommend these yes i do ladies and gentlemen go go out and try to find yourself some zaps new orleans kettle style evil eye.
